We are a marine recruitment and training organization helping ordinary individuals become professional seafarers. Students and working professionals can enter the shipping industry through our specialized training programs.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must be between 21 and 48 years old with a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass. Whether you are a student or a working individual, this is your opportunity to start a marine career.

Career Opportunities

We provide opportunities across a wide range of maritime sectors: cruise ships, cargo vessels, oil rigs, gas tankers, oil tankers, barges, offshore platforms, and shipyards. Vacancies exist at both domestic and international ports.

Salary and Benefits

Domestic jobs offer monthly salaries between ₹1,00,000 to ₹3,00,000. International jobs pay between $1,000 to $5,000 USD per month, with 4-hour overtime shifts included. Food, accommodation, transportation, tickets, and visas are provided free by the federation.

Training and Certification

We provide essential training and certification including: STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping), CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate), COC (Certificate of Competency), RPSL (Recruitment and Placement Services License), and various types of visas (Employment, Shipping, and C1D Visa).

Domestic Ports: Maharashtra – JNPT (Navi Mumbai), BPT (Mazgaon), Kerala – Cochin Port, Karnataka – New Mangalore Port, Chennai – Ennore and Chennai Port, Odisha – Paradip Port, West Bengal – Haldia Port, Tamil Nadu – Tuticorin Port, Andhra Pradesh – Vishakhapatnam and Vizag Port, Goa – Panjim and Miramar Port, Gujarat – Kandla and Mundra Port

International Ports: Australia – Melbourne and Sydney Ports, Canada – Vancouver and Halifax Ports, UK – Southampton and Felixstowe Ports, Singapore – Jurong and Marina Bay Ports, Suriname – Jules Sedney and Harbour Ports, Guyana – Papua Port and Conakry of Camsar.
